Cecilie Manz’ series of Japanese handmade earthenware for Fritz Hansen Objects introduces a special glaze, new colours and a new Round vase. The unique glaze and colours truly underlines the craftsmanship that define the Fritz Hansen quality as well as the fascination of and respect for the Japanese ceramics tradition. Like the existing Cecilie Manz earthenware the new vases are handmade at small potteries in Seto, Japan. They express simple Scandinavian design at its best whilst coming across warm and welcoming.
