TRK07 | Turning Knife

A turning knife is designed to peel fruits and cut vegetables, while turning them in your hand. It’s an essential tool in your kitchen for doing any delicate hand held cutting work. The TRK07 is part of our fully forged col‐ lection of knives. It is drop forged from a single piece of stainless steel by experi‐ enced craftsmen in the respected town of Solingen, Germany.
The drop forging process leaves each knife with an individual pattern on the handle. A beautiful detail that makes each knife unique while serving as a reminder of the honest craftsmanship that went into its making.
