Project:
Provoleggios is the sister restuarant of Nolan, and has been an equally shining star of the the Athenian restaurant heaven since its start in 2019.
The owners call it a “playground for cooks”, where the only common denominator for the cuisine is to be delicious. The restaurant is housed in an iconic mid-century building by Greek architect Aristomeni Proveleggio.
