Retail Sales Consultant

Location: Athens, Greece

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturdays.

Myran is one of Athens’ foremost design retailers and the only Scandinavian Design specialist in Greece. We are seeking an enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Myran, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing high-end furniture and lighting sales, and maintaining our showroom environment. You will also be responsible for keeping track of our ecommerce orders and wedding lists. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities: 
●  Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and high-quality service both in-store and via email/telephone.
●  Manage furniture and lighting orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and     installation,maintaining polite and efficient communication with customers throughout the process.
●  Maintain the showroom/shop environment, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and appropriately labeled. 
●  Monitor and replenish stock levels, arranging transfer of stock from the warehouse and other premises. 
●  Register and execute our ecommerce orders.
●  Manage our wedding lists.
● Provide support to the contract team when needed.
● Participating and assisting in the planning of events.

Qualifications: 
●  Enthusiasm for Myran and our products. 
●  An intrinsic understanding of excellent customer service. 
●  Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. 
●  Proven track record of sales excellence within a team. 
●  Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
●  Flexibility and willingness to carry out all aspects of the role. 
●  Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience is required. 
●  Experience in design-led retail and knowledge of our brands is desirable 
●  Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
