Project:
Supplying furniture to the outdoor areas of this Athenian landmark with chairs and tables from the Thorvald collection from &Tradition. The Thorvald Collection, designed by Space Copenhagen pays homage to Danish neoclassical sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen, celebrating his remarkable command of form and rhythmic lines. Evoking the curves and classic, romantic spirit of Thorvaldsen’s timeless work, this collection has now found a new home next to the neoclassical masterpiece Zappeion Hall – designed by another Great Dane, the architect Theofilus Hansen – and with a view to Acropolis. A match made in heaven.
